Scholl Bros BBQ

Scholl Bros BBQ was founded in 2004 serving out of a small 12' x 20' building located on 25th street in Paris,Tx. It has since grown into a full blown sitdown restaurant located at 1528 Lamar Avenue along with the addition of another small BBQ stand located at 2350 N Main St also in Paris. Scholl Bros BBQ has won several honorary awards such as "Readers Choice Best BBQ 5 yrs in a row along with Best Ribs 2 yrs in a row" and TEXAS MONTHLY "BBQ 08" Top 50 BBQ JOINTS in TEXAS.
